1. Who we are

This store is run by Kodex Labs ("we", "us"). You can reach us by opening a ticket on our Discord. These terms apply to this website and to every product you buy from us.

2. Payments are processed by Tebex

Our checkout is owned and operated by Tebex Limited, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Tebex handles payment, billing, taxes and product fulfilment, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.

3. Your license

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on game servers you own or operate. You buy a license, not ownership of the product or its code. You may edit the files we leave open (such as configs and locales) for your own use.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute any product or file, in whole or in part;
• leak, upload or publish products to other stores, forums, Discord servers or file-sharing sites;
• remove, bypass or attempt to break escrow, encryption or other protection;
• claim our work as your own or use it to build a competing product.

If you break these rules we may revoke your license and access without a refund, and take further action where the law allows.

4. FiveM, Cfx.re and Rockstar

Our products are made for FiveM, a platform run by Cfx.re. To use them you need a Cfx.re account and must follow the Cfx.re terms and the policies of Rockstar Games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, GTA V and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Delivery

After payment, Tebex grants the product to the Cfx.re account you logged in with, through Keymaster. Delivery usually takes a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact us.

6. Compatibility and support

Each product page lists the frameworks and dependencies it supports. Please check this before buying, and ask us if you're unsure. We offer support through Discord tickets on a best-effort basis. We don't promise a set response time.

7. Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs or add features. When we do, they're delivered through Keymaster at no extra cost. We're not obliged to release updates, and we may stop supporting or selling a product at any time. This does not remove products you already own from your Keymaster.

8. Product descriptions and images

We try to describe every product accurately. Images and videos may be promotional artwork or show a product on a test server. Results on your server can differ depending on your setup, other resources and server load.

9. Warranty

To the extent the law allows, products are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including server downtime, lost data, lost revenue or action taken against your server or account by third parties. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

11. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may revoke the related licenses and your access to our Discord while it's investigated.

12. Optional Discord login

You can log in with Discord on this site so we can give you roles after a purchase. This is optional. See our Privacy Policy for what we receive.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought a product applies to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Kodex Labs. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
