Refund Policy

Short version: our products are digital and delivered instantly, so we can't take them back once you have them. If something is wrong, talk to us first. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.

1. Digital products

Every product is a digital file delivered to your Cfx.re Keymaster as soon as payment completes. Once delivered, it can be downloaded and copied, so purchases are generally not refundable, except as described below or where the law gives you a right to cancel.

2. When we will refund

The product was never delivered to your Keymaster and we can't deliver it.
The product doesn't work as described on its product page, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you report it.
You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
Any other case where applicable consumer law requires a refund.

3. When we won't refund

You changed your mind after the product was delivered.
The product isn't compatible with a framework or resource that its product page doesn't list as supported.
Problems caused by edits to the files, other resources, or your server setup.
Your license was revoked for breaking our Terms.

4. How to ask

Open a ticket on our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds are paid through Tebex, our reseller and merchant of record, to your original payment method. When a refund is made, the license is revoked and the product is removed from your Keymaster.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes opened without contacting us may lead to the related licenses being revoked while they're investigated. See Tebex's terms for how Tebex handles disputes.
