Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

This site is run by Kodex Labs ("we"). For privacy questions, open a ticket on our Discord.

2. What we collect and why

• Purchases. Payment details go straight to Tebex Limited, our reseller and merchant of record. We never see your card or bank details. Tebex shares order details with us (for example your Cfx.re username, what you bought, your country and the transaction ID) so we can deliver and support your purchase. Tebex's privacy policy covers the checkout.
• FiveM login. To buy, you log in with your Cfx.re (FiveM) account through Tebex. This links your basket to your Cfx.re username so the product can be delivered to your Keymaster.
• Discord login (optional). If you choose to log in with Discord, Discord shares your user ID, username, display name and avatar (the "identify" scope). We don't get your email, password or server list, and we don't keep your access token. Your Discord ID is sent to Tebex with your purchase so our Discord bot can give you a customer role.
• Support. If you contact us on Discord or by email, we use what you send to help you.

3. Browser storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage only for things the site needs:

• your basket ID, so your basket survives a page reload;
• your Discord profile (ID, name, avatar) if you logged in with Discord;
• your settings, such as paused animations and that you've seen the storage notice.

Temporary session storage is used during login to protect against forged requests. You can clear all of this at any time by logging out of Discord on the site or clearing this site's data in your browser.

4. Other services this site uses

• Tebex (headless.tebex.io, js.tebex.io): store data, basket and checkout. The checkout window may set its own cookies.
• Discord (discord.com, cdn.discordapp.com): optional login and avatar images.
• Cloudflare: hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request data to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google.

5. Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you (selling and delivering products), for our legitimate interests (running a secure store and giving support), and with your consent (optional Discord login, which you can withdraw by logging out).

6. How long we keep it

Data in your browser stays until you clear it or log out. Order records are kept by Tebex and by us for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal obligations. Support conversations are kept as long as they're needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law or the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Open a ticket on our Discord. For payment data, contact Tebex. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This store isn't meant for children under 13. Discord and FiveM have their own minimum ages. If you're under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before buying.

9. Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
